Welcome to Forge Hotel, previously known as Forge Accommodation. We look forward to providing you with a comfortable and enjoyable stay. By booking a room with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Reservation and Cancellation Policy:
    1. A guest may cancel their reservation without penalty provided the cancellation is by 10 am the day before check-in.
    2. Cancellations made after 10 am the day before check-in may not be eligible for a refund and may be subject to a cancellation fee as determined by the hotel’s cancellation policy in effect at the time of booking.
    3. No-shows or early departures will not be refunded.
  2. Non-Smoking Policy:
    1. All rooms and enclosed public areas within Forge Hotel are strictly non-smoking. This includes traditional tobacco products, electronic cigarettes, vape pens, and any other inhalable vapor devices.
    2. Guests found to be in violation of this policy will be charged a cleaning fee of £50 to cover the cost of returning the room to a smoke-free condition.
  3. Pricing:
    1. The prices quoted at the time of your booking are the cheapest available prices for the requested dates and room type.
    2. Please be aware that prices may vary depending on the time of booking, availability, and specific dates requested. Premium dates and short-notice bookings may incur higher rates.
    3. Prices are subject to change without prior notice; however, any changes will not affect confirmed bookings unless otherwise stated in the booking agreement.
  4. Payment:
    1. Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.
    2. Accepted methods of payment include credit card, debit card, and other payment options as made available by the hotel.
  5. Damage and Incidentals:
    1. Guests will be held responsible for any damage to the room or hotel property during their stay.
    2. Charges for the repair or replacement of damaged items will be billed to the guest’s account and must be settled prior to departure.
  6. Liability:
    1. The hotel will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or theft of personal property belonging to guests. We encourage the use of provided safety deposit facilities when available.
  7. Airport Transfer Service:
    1. Forge Hotel offers an airport transfer service for the convenience of our guests. This service operates on a best-effort basis and is subject to availability and scheduling constraints.
    2. Guests are advised to request airport transfers at the time of booking or with reasonable notice prior to their arrival or departure to ensure availability.
    3. Additional charges may apply for airport transfers to cover Bristol Airport fees and any other applicable charges.
    4. While we strive to provide timely and reliable transfer services, Forge Hotel cannot guarantee transfer availability at all times and will not be liable for any delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to traffic conditions, weather, or vehicle maintenance issues.
  8. Parking
    1. Forge Hotel provides parking facilities for guests during their stay.
    2. All vehicles are parked at the owner’s risk. Forge Hotel does not accept liability for any accidents, damage, or loss incurred to vehicles or personal property left within parked vehicles.
    3. Guests are encouraged to ensure that their vehicles are locked and secured and that no valuables are left in plain sight.
  9. Changes to Terms and Conditions:
    1. Forge Hotel reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
    2. It is the responsibility of the guest to review the terms and conditions at the time of booking.

By confirming your reservation and making use of our services, including the airport transfer service and parking facilities, you agree to the terms laid out above and accept that you do so at your own risk. Forge Hotel will make all reasonable efforts to ensure your stay and the use of our services are to your satisfaction.
